Leroy Wood, Principal Owner
Roy Wood is a well-known authority in the water and wastewater industry, with proven expertise in the management and operations of practices, facilities and infrastructure.
Roy boasts extensive knowledge of advanced wastewater treatment processes; water distribution systems; above and below ground infrastructure installation, inspection and repair; and emerging technologies. During his career, he has been responsible for budgets upward of $15 million and 100 employees at a given time, while working in facilities that treat 300 million gallons of water per day. From traditional activated sludge to more advanced SBR facilities to plants that employ nitrate recycle or biological phosphorus removal, Roy Wood has seen and worked with it all.
Roy also has an expansive history with the industrial world and water systems, dating back to his college degree in Water Systems Technology. Upon completing his studies, he was committed to bringing his skills, along with his work ethic and dedication to innovation and customer service, to facilities throughout New England. Nearly 25 years later, Roy still holds true to that commitment.
In addition, Roy is meticulous about proper licensing and certifications. He holds the highest water and wastewater certification levels in multiple states, with current certifications including:
